So I got bored tonight and decided to freestyle a dish. Not a lot in the fridge, but we had some chicken, some sausage, and a shit-ton-o-veggies. So I threw in some heat, some sweet sauces and spices, and viola!
It was a little salty, but serving it over a bed of rice I think helped balance that out a little bit.
Anyways, that was my freestyle cooking for the evening.
