Whew, so for the first time in the 3 years I have been at my job I went to the workout room at work. Hit 25 min on the treadmill (don't applaud me yet, I walked not ran), then 3 sets of 10 on the machines. And let me just tell you, I am out of shape! Which is really no surprise, but still, just sayin'.
On a total different note, as I type this a Pizza Hut Cheezy Bites commercial came on with Jessica Simpson doing a bit. I guess she decided to go all platinum blonde? Yea, dosen't look good, she kinda looks like a $10 dollar hooker.
Anyways, thoughts for the day... or night.
