Make sure you poo...

So those of you who don't know, the company I work for is based in the main building of a private airport. So, I have been going on this health craze a little bit lately, and another step in my little health explosion, well, I thought I would walk around the airfield for a little exercise.

Man I am sore today.

But the main lesson I learned from yesterday. If you're going to walk around a airfield, big or small, make sure you poo ahead of time.
